Prototype 1.1e

In this version:

- The dummy has health and you can punch it to death.

- Greyed out "main menu" because you can't do a new game when you already started one. The solution I used in GM1 doesn't seem to work in GM2 which may be a bug. For now you can "quit game" which fixes the issue.

Future plans:

- Combat testing 

- Continue making the main map 

- Add more items 

- Generally, just clean things up

- Save/Load system
