Version 0.2b

In this version:

- Changed test room to be more clean.
- Changed HP bar design. Added placeholder sprites on the HP bar to that changes depending on how much health you have.
- Max HP changed from 100 to 15. 
- Game has its own icon now. Probably going to change it to something else eventually.

Bug fixes:
- Can't go below 0 health.

Future plans:

- Be able to walk around freely
- Have a respawn system (like in Stick RPG 2), or permadeath (Stick RPG)
- Add more to the GUI
