Version 0.2c

I'm going to be pretty busy this week, so updates are going to be coming out slower.

In this version:

- You can now walk around freely (or technically just in 8 directions). Sprites are a little blurry because of the way Game Maker handles editing sprites. I plan on making brand new sprites anyways so there's no point in fixing them.
- Slightly sped up walking animation
- Made health bar a little smaller 
- Respawn when dead
- Can resize game window

Future plans:

- Add more to the GUI
- New player sprites
- Save and Load system because why not
